Each meal includes:
• 5-6 ounces of quality protein
• ½ cup of complex carbs such as brown rice, quinoa or sweet potatoes
• A generous portion of fresh seasonal vegetables
Some meals have a “bulk it up” option where you can add 2 extra ounces of protein and another serving of carbohydrates by simply clicking the “bulk it up” icon and then adding the item to your cart.
